Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in and authenticator, and act only for organizations you are authorized to represent. One personal account can hold different roles in different organizations. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another participant’s private records.

You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the limited storage, display and processing needed to provide the functions and sharing settings you choose. Upload only information you are entitled to provide, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Publication and sharing do not transfer ownership.

Program organizers define eligibility, published criteria and participation conditions. They are responsible for their reviews, selection decisions and communications. Recorded scores or mentor approvals are scoped assessments, not guarantees of success, funding or professional certification.

Do not use the platform for unlawful content, harassment, deception, spam, infringement or attempts to compromise security. Report concerns through the workspace. Restrictions and case decisions should have a recorded reason and an available support/review route; urgent protective action may be needed during an incident.

The service supports innovation and program operations, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. Investment discovery and crowdfunding listings do not themselves execute a financial transaction. Real payments and financial execution require a configured provider, authorized seller and applicable terms; an unconfigured checkout cannot take funds or grant paid access. Paid services identify their own price and participation terms before purchase.

You can request account-data deletion. Closing an organization does not delete unrelated personal accounts or memberships. Submitted program records, other-party rights and documented legal duties are reviewed separately; the privacy notice explains ordinary retention windows.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection law remains applicable. No particular court or governing jurisdiction is asserted while the operator registration details are incomplete. Contact support first to seek a practical resolution.

A material revision will be identified by a new version. Where acceptance is required, it must be obtained from the affected user before the changed service terms apply. This page does not record acceptance on anyone’s behalf.
